Mindset Matters: Finding Your Way Forward Without Forcing It

It’s easy to think that having the “right” mindset means working harder, staying positive no matter what, or pushing away uncomfortable feelings. But mindset isn’t about forcing yourself to try harder. It’s about tuning in to how you actually want to feel, and choosing thoughts and actions that help you move in that direction.
