    Cost: $97

    Includes: Weekly emails with actionable tips and the opportunity for up to three SMS or email responses for tailored support.

  • 1:1 Counselling Sessions

    Experience personalised support tailored to your unique journey. Together, we'll explore the root causes of your concerns, working towards clarity and calm so you can feel vibrant again. Sessions incorporate a blend of counselling techniques, EFT Tapping, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching.

    Individual Sessions: 50-minute sessions at $240 each.

    3-Session Package: Includes a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

    6-Session Package: Comes with a bonus EFT Tapping or Health Coaching session.

  • Thrive Aftercare Program

    Continue your journey with ongoing support through the free Thrive Program. Designed for clients who've completed therapy sessions, this complimentary service offers quarterly check-ins to reflect, reset, and keep moving forward.

Mira’s Story

Mira was a 46-year-old nurse and mum of two, with a neurodivergent partner and a career she’d poured herself into for decades. She used to describe herself as someone who just “got on with things”, but inside, she felt exhausted, anxious, and always on edge.

She found me through the Calm Connection Program, after searching for something that didn’t feel overwhelming or like another huge commitment. At first, she just wanted a way to feel less reactive and more like herself.

The simple weekly prompts gave her space to breathe. In one of our Tuesday check-in windows, she sent a message saying she was ready to talk things through with someone who’d get it.

In counselling, we worked with EFT Tapping, somatic awareness, and practical ways to reduce sensory overload. We unpacked the old belief that she had to hold it all together for everyone else. Mira started making small changes, like pausing between work and home, being honest about her needs, and letting go of the guilt that came with saying no.

Now, she finally feels like herself again, much calmer, and in control of her emotions. Rather than getting through the day, she's actually living it. She still works hard and cares deeply, but she doesn’t abandon herself to do it. She checks in when she needs to, and she knows what to do when the old patterns start creeping in.
