Yin-Yang Meditation for Exhausted Women - Nourish and Balance Your Energy

If you’re feeling frazzled, flat, or just completely over it, this 10-minute Yin-Yang meditation is for you.

As a counsellor and wellness coach with a background in Chinese Medicine, I’ve created this meditation especially for women who are both tired and wired, running on empty, yet unable to switch off.

This simple practice is designed to help you rebalance. You’ll be guided to gently reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, so you can feel more nourished, more grounded, and more able to face whatever’s next. You don’t need to sit still for long or clear your mind.
