Anchoring is a body-based technique where we connect a felt sense of calm, safety, or happiness with a simple physical gesture. With practice, this anchor becomes a reliable way to reset your nervous system when life feels too much. I guide you to connect with a calm and grounded state, then help you anchor this feeling so you can tap into it when you need it most.
