I also share how sessions are tailored to your unique needs, and how we finish up when you’re feeling stronger, calmer and more in control of your life. You'll also hear about the Aftercare Program I offer to help you stay well and aligned with your goals once therapy ends. My approach is holistic and person-centred, and I work with deep-thinking, overwhelmed women, especially those who are neurodivergent or suspect they might be.
